1.) Why did Baca change his mind about visiting his father?

6.) As the guards walk him down the stairwell, Baca realizes a couple of things. What were they and what do you think they mean?
1.) Baca didn't want to see his father because he didn't know what to tell him about what had been going on; issues of his mother. He was also afraid that he would see him drunk like always rather than how he saw him in his fantasy.
ReplyDelete2.) At the trailer, Baca busted out a Narc that was buying heroin from Carey and then everyone got busted by Federal Agents and then Carey shot off a Federal Agent's arm with the all out gun fire; it was cray cray all over the place.

As Baca and co. continued to sell drugs things began to get out of hand, especially with the loose strings such as Rick. Rick had been selling to a customer who turned out to be a Narc that was undercover. Baca was able to find out when he came to their place, but when he found out, all hell broke lose and an all out gun-war broke out between the FBI agents and Rick.This forced Baca to escape and land in jail like Rick and his girlfriend Carey who were also there at the scene. After being rejected by his sister to lend him money he was found guilty and sentenced to prison time. As Baca came into the jail he was accompanied by someone nick-named Wedo, although Baca tried to protect him he was warned not to. Also a man tried/or wanted to rape him and this Baca (as he claims) in self-defense attacked the man with a iron object to the face which landed Baca in solitary containment. There Baca only wished that he did not kill the man.
